Details 
- 删除Dockerfile中不必要的mailcap包以精简镜像
- 将前端配置从process.env改为import.meta.env以适配现代构建工具
- 移除Go代码中手动设置mime类型的冗余逻辑
- 修复静态资源路由路径格式（/assets改为assets/）
- 优化导入语句格式和代码结构

- 在Dockerfile中添加mailcap包以提供mime类型支持
- 修正静态资源路由路径从"assets/"改为"/assets"
- 显式注册.js和.css文件的mime类型，防止因缺少mime配置导致浏览器加载失败

删除三个已弃用的 GitHub Actions 工作流文件 (deploy_docs_pages.yml, demo_site_deploy.yml, custom_deploy.yml)，这些工作流已不再使用。
同时更新 web/config.js 中的生产环境检测逻辑，使其同时识别 'prod' 和 'production' 环境变量值，提高配置的灵活性。
